Mark Jacobs' practice is primarily devoted to commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including appellate litigation. His litigation experience includes cases involving business torts, Uniform Commercial Code transactions, disputes arising from business mergers and acquisitions, real property disputes, mechanics' lien matters, construction disputes, enforcement of surety bonds, and various other commercial matters. Mr. Jacobs has experience in advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and entity formation matters. He has represented venture capital funds and entrepreneurs in transactions involving a variety of industries. Mr. Jacobs has also advised public and private companies on compliance with state and federal securities laws. Mr. Jacobs is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
