Mr. Buckman is chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. He represents a variety of clients in employment discrimination and other kinds of civil rights cases including sex, age, race, and disability discrimination, as well as claims of civil rights violations by law enforcement officers and elected officials. He engages in counseling and litigation related to general employment matters such as discrimination, wage and hour, and employment benefits. Mr. Buckman is a volunteer with the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, a Texas not-for-profit organization, and is a retired U.S. Army Reserve colonel. Practice Areas
