Lionel HANACHOWICZ acts principally in the domain of banking law and he assists companies in trouble.
In the field of banking law, he advises banks and assists them in the case of debt recovery and liability litigation. In the field of companies in trouble, he either assists managers with the set up of preventive procedures or the following-up of legal proceedings to settle the difficulties, or he advises potential take-over managers in the elaboration and support of recovery plans.
Lionel started his career by joining the Credit Lyonnais where he worked as a jurist and consultant for major companies (1982-1989).
He then joined the Banque Veuve Morin- Pons, where he worked as a general secretary and legal department manager.
In September 1996, he joined Coopers & Lybrand (a law firm which became Landwell after its merger with Price Waterhouse) as a lawyer.
