Mr. Hunsaker represents clients in a wide variety of transactional matters and concentrates his practice in the fields of special districts, land use, real estate, business entity formation and representation, and contracts. He is active in the Douglas County community including service on the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, First National Bank of Castle Rock Board of Advisors, and the Chairman of the Town of Castle Rock Vision 2020 committee. As a former naval officer, Jim served aboard the USS Antietam (CG 54) and was decorated for service during Operation Desert Shield.
