Mr. Maddux's practice focuses on litigation involving professional liability, product liability, personal injury, health care and business disputes.  In the last 12 months, he has handled cases in the areas of employment/workers' compensation, product liability, medical malpractice, long term health care and education law.  Mr. Maddux has served as special counsel for the City of Chattanooga and was active in the revitalization of the Tennessee Council of School Board Attorneys.
