| Mr. Manock, a senior shareholder of Baker, Manock & Jensen, has practiced law for over 40 years. He has substantial expertise in the legal issues that affect agricultural entities and has represented agribusiness clients in many complex transaction and litigation matters. Mr. Manock has developed particular expertise in the legal issues surrounding farmer-owned cooperatives and agricultural marketing orders. Most recently, Mr. Manock was involved in successfully representing the supporters of the use of marketing order agreements for advertising in the Glickman v. Wileman Brothers which was decided by the United States Supreme Court in December, 1997, and several other cases involving the same issue.Mr. Manock's expertise in reclamation and water law has led him to play an integral role in the development of Federal reclamation law over the last three decades. In his over 40 years of practice, Mr. Manock has also developed significant expertise in agricultural lending. He represents financial institutions in all aspects of financing and creditors remedies.
