Bill, a nationally recognized bond counsel, concentrates his practice in public finance, tax-exempt securities and municipal law. He has been a public finance attorney for over 35 years and regularly acts as bond counsel for hospitals, cities, counties and other governmental agencies as well as nonprofit hospitals and institutions in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has been a panelist at the Bond Attorneys Workshop and at Kentucky Bar Association and University of Kentucky Law School seminars, and was founder and editor of the Kentucky Law Summary. Prior to joining the firm, Bill was a partner with Harper, Ferguson & Davis, which merged with Ogden Newell & Welch PLLC in April 2002.
