Mark Brown is a partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution Department. He acts primarily for corporate entities specialising in financial and commercial disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional elements. His work covers the areas of contractual disputes, negligence, intellectual property (copyright and trademarks), IT, financial services, partnership and shareholder disputes. Mark has particular experience in international litigation, injunctive proceedings, domestic and international arbitration and mediation. His cases include banking and financial services disputes and copyright and trade mark infringement proceedings. Mark is the head of the firm's Groupe Juridique Français and handles a variety of work for household name French companies. He speaks fluent French and Italian. Educated at the LSE (L.L.B. Honours) and Strasbourg University (Maitrise in French Law). Mark qualified as a solicitor with Finers Stephens Innocent (then Finers) in 1995 becoming a partner in 2000. |
