Paul specialises in a range of areas including general commercial disputes, media law including defamation, contentious intellectual property, professional negligence, Criminal and Public Law. He is a member of the Finers Stephens Innocent Human Rights Group. Paul's aim is to identify the needs of the client as quickly as possible so as to customise his service to achieve those aims. He also understands the importance of the balance between the need to take some form of legal action and the commercial realities of cost against benefit, which every potential litigator should consider. Paul appears on Talk Sport's 'Mike Dickin Show' as his regular legal expert answering listeners' legal problems. Paul is also regularly called upon to be interviewed on 'Richard & Judy' to comment on topical legal stories. Hi is a regular guest on JoAnne Good's show on BBC Radio London. He also has regular slots reviewing the newspapers on BBC Radio London. Paul has also given numerous live interviews on legal stories in the news to media organisations such as Sky News, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC's Liquid News, BBC local radio stations, LBC (where he is a regular guest of Brian Hayes on his media programme) and Capital Radio. The interviews are inevitably very diverse and almost always live and on very short notice. Paul has also written for Media Guardian Online and BBC News Online. From his extensive media appearances Paul appreciates/recognises the importance of clear concise and straight forward advice.
