Michael specialises in all key areas of commercial property with particular emphasis on property development. He has extensive experience of substantial and complex development projects, including industrial, offices, hotels, leisure, educational and student residential accommodation in schemes across England and Wales but with particular reference to London and the South East. Michael?s experience in construction covers collateral warranties, professional appointments, bonds and other such construction related issues. He has also been heavily involved in joint ventures and additionally advises private companies and institutions on property investment. Michael enjoys cinema, theatre and travel. He is also an avid Arsenal fan having supported the Gunners almost from birth. |
