Details:
Imogen graduated from Oxford University with a first class honours degree in law, after which she completed the BCL. She then worked as a legal researcher in the Common Law Team at the Law Commission, before qualifying as a solicitor in March 2000. Imogen specialises in education-related litigation and commercial litigation generally. As part of her education practice, she has acted for universities, colleges of further education, schools and the parents of school pupils. Imogen is a member of the Education Group and the Human Rights Group at Finers Stephens Innocent. |
