She undertakes ongoing M&A work for a wide range of AIM-listed and private companies, with a focus on the media and leisure sectors. She also advises on shareholder arrangements, joint-ventures and corporate re-structuring. Sara enjoys travel, gardening and playing keyboard with her rock band, King Rat. |
