Howard has substantial experience in commercial litigation having been an energetic litigation practitioner for many years. He has acted in numerous reported cases which have established legal precedent and he sees himself not only as a court practitioner but as an adviser giving pro active advice with a view to avoiding litigation. His clients include major household names and he also acts on behalf of many Universities and Higher Education Institutions throughout the country. Howard heads our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and he also heads our Education Group. Howard describes himself as a keep-fit enthusiast. He has run the London Marathon and enjoys watching football as a supporter of West Ham. |
