Paul has a broad experience of corporate finance transactions. His main area of work is in companies and businesses sales and purchases, venture capital and public fundraisings with an emphasis on the leisure industry. Paul is also a member of the firm's projects team and has acted on development fundings, in particular for the development of multi-use premises which include hotels, throughout the country. Paul led the FSI teams on the management buy-in and subsequent recent sale of the 153 unit Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia restaurant chains. |
