James trained and qualified with Andersen Legal in the City of London before joining FSI in 2002. James specialises in all aspects of commercial property work. Whilst having a background in development and institutional investment work, James now focuses more on the retail and leisure sector acting for a number of well known high street retail operators and restaurant chains including Virgin Retail, L A Fitness and Pizza Hut. James also acts for X-Leisure (in a Landlord capacity) across their portfolio of branded leisure parks as well as increasingly acting for a number of independent hotel operators including the Splendid Hotel Group who own and operate a significant number of both budget and luxury hotels in central and greater London. |
