Edward A. Hogan is a member of the firm and Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Group. Edd represents and counsels manufacturers, commercial and industrial landlords and highly-regulated service businesses in all aspects of environmental law and litigation. Edd has had approximately fifty articles published on a wide range of environmental law topics including ISRA, underground storage tanks, urban redevelopment & brownfields, air & water pollution, and OSHA, among others. Since 1983, he has also given over one hundred presentations relating to environmental law and the environment. Edd is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He has been included in the Environmental Law section since 1993.
