Leigh Hellner focuses her practice on commercial mortgage loan and leasing transactions, and representing private real estate companies in a variety of matters, including managing and restructuring commercial holdings. She has represented purchasers and sellers in real estate acquisitions, landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, and large institutional banks in lending transactions. She has also restructured partnership, corporate, and LLC entities as a result of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Kahn Kleinman, Ms. Hellner was an associate with two national law firms located in New York and Chicago. She is a member of American, New York, Illinois, Ohio State, and Cleveland Bar Associations.
