| Mr. Ansari is a partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial office and retail leasing. Mr. Ansari also represents landlords, tenants, owners, developers and users in a wide range of commercial real estate metters. Mr. Ansari has on-going representation of developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial property. His secondary focus concentrates on the representation of timberland investment companies involved in the acquisition, disposition and management of timber properties for pension funds and investment purposes. Mr. Ansari represents over 5.5 million square feet of office and retail mixed-use projects in Atlanta, Georgia, including two of the largest such projects in the southeast, as well as one of the largest land owners in the United States.
