Ms. Crane's practice has been centered around corporate and health care law, with a particular emphasis on the representation of clients in mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. A significant sub-specialty has been the representation of health care institutions with the full range of integrated delivery system strategies, including hospital mergers/acquisitions, hospital-physician agreements (e.g., PHOs, MSOs), the development of insurance capabilities within an integrated system, managed care contracting and the various physician strategies for success, such as affiliation with hospitals, practice management companies, and the development of practices and IPAs.
